Jean & Len aims to create products that raise a smile with their mainly natural ingredients, fresh designs and exciting fragrances. For their dry shampoo they were looking for a packaging that would reflect these values and therefore teamed up with the full-service filler VEMA and packaging manufacturer Linhardt. In order to reduce the carbon footprint, the new 200 ml cans for the Jean & Len Ohne Gedøns dry shampoo are made with 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium. In terms of design and printing quality, the cans match the style of the brand’s existing bottle labels. The minimalistic artwork features delicate depictions of flowers and fruits with a water-based semi-matte overvarnish further enhancing the cans’ clean yet sophisticated look. Made of recycled aluminium and decorated with mineral-oil free colours and a water-based overvarnish, the cans perfectly align with the philosophy of Jean & Len – a brand that does not use parabens, silicones and in most cases, animal derived ingredients. All in all, a prime example of packaging reflecting the product’s values.
